LogicX
Terms of Service
Services
LogicX provides web design, development, and graphic design services as described in each project proposal or statement of work.
Proposals and payment
Each project is governed by a written proposal stating scope, timeline, and fees. A deposit is due before work begins; remaining balances are due per the payment schedule in the proposal. Late payments may pause work.
Client responsibilities
You provide content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays on your end may extend the timeline and incur additional fees.
Revisions
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at the hourly rate stated in the proposal.
Ownership and licensing
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. LogicX retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and code libraries, and grants you a non-exclusive license to use them as part of your project.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms or services. LogicX is not responsible for outages, changes, or pricing from those providers.
Limitation of liability
LogicX’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. You pay for work completed through the termination date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Utah.
